We’re seeking outgoing and enthusiastic volunteers to help make our 2025 conference a success. This is an excellent opportunity to network with professionals in the natural resources industry while gaining valuable event experience.

Volunteering Details

We welcome volunteers at the Heap Leach Solutions 2025 Conference.

Volunteer opportunities include kit and badge stuffing, greeting, and directing delegates, helping at registration, speaker and technical session support, taking tickets at various functions, and much more.

Volunteering is a great way to network with like-minded individuals and learn more about the natural resources industry.

General tasks will include setup; greeters; registration; room monitor; floaters.

Registration

Registration will be complimentary with a minimum number of 8 volunteer hours.

Once we have received your application and availability, we will send you a code to register for the conference.

Your registration will include a full in-person conference pass, including all meals and virtual access to all session recordings for 3 months post event.
